Spark members are monthly givers on a mission to end gender inequality in our lifetime. We start with investing in adolescent girls in Kenya to lead change and develop the character to keep going.
You’ll belong to a community supporting your activism to learn, lead and impact sustainable pathways for the most vulnerable girls on this planet. People like you, from more than 25 countries around the world, giving anything they can to prove how unstoppable we are when we join our sparks. Every cent goes directly towards our on-the-ground programs and you’ll understand how every dollar is being used.

Leadership Camps
We run holistic leadership camps for girls that include building the most needed skills so she can use the power of her voice and rise to life’s challenges. We get the whole community involved in this equality business, from teachers, parents, and young boys. We work together on a project that benefits the whole village.
Safe Spaces + Mental Health + Healing Tools
The global pandemic has shown us once again how vulnerable girls are to violence, family domestic burdens, and oppressive societal norms. We are ensuring girls have safe back to school, while keeping them protected. We have created safe spaces in the slums where girls can gather safely and created yoga, art and running clubs to address their mental health.
Educational Scholarships
Communities that school at least 25% of their females (through secondary school), results in more equality. Most of the 8 regions Girls On Fire Leaders works in have only 10% of girls graduating from secondary school. We are aiming for this 25% tipping point — and its doable! We have scholarship funds for the most needy girls to ensure they will drive this change.

GIRLS ON FIRE LEADErS IN ACTION
These young stars are not only learning to shine bright for themselves, but teaching other girls in their community. In the first year, each Girl On Fire Leader, teaches leadership skills to 10 other girls (that’s a multiplier effect of 10x on your investment!).
